Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mojito IPTV collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Mojito IPTV mobile or TV application.

1. Overview

Mojito IPTV is an IPTV player application. The app lets users add their own IPTV playlists, Xtream Codes login details, M3U playlists, or direct stream links from their own provider.

Mojito IPTV does not create, host, sell, broadcast, or distribute TV channels, movies, series, streams, playlists, or media content. Any content accessed through the app is provided by the user's own IPTV provider or playlist source.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may process the following information:

  • Playlist information: playlist name, server URL, M3U URL, local file reference, username, and password entered by you.
  • Playback information: favorites, recently watched items, watch progress, selected player settings, subtitle settings, audio preferences, and display preferences.
  • Device and app information: app version, device type, crash information, diagnostics, general usage events, and performance data.
  • Support information: messages, email address, or details you voluntarily provide when contacting support.

3. Local Storage

Playlist credentials, favorites, watch history, and player settings may be stored locally on your device so the app can remember your account and preferences.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to access information stored in the app.

4. Firebase and Remote Configuration

The app may use Firebase services such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Remote Config. These services help us understand app performance, improve reliability, and show remote-configured buttons or support messages.

Firebase may process technical information such as device identifiers, app instance identifiers, crash data, analytics events, and configuration fetch data according to Google's applicable privacy terms.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide playlist login, playback, favorites, search, and account features.
  • Save app settings such as language, subtitle, buffer, stream format, and display choices.
  • Improve app performance, diagnose issues, and fix crashes.
  • Respond to support requests and app-related questions.
  • Protect the app from misuse and maintain service quality.

6. IPTV Content and Third-Party Providers

Mojito IPTV is only a media player. The app does not verify, control, own, or provide the content available through third-party IPTV providers, playlist URLs, Xtream Codes accounts, or direct stream links.

Your IPTV provider may collect or process information separately. Their privacy practices are not controlled by Mojito IPTV.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when necessary to operate the app, comply with law, protect rights and security, or use trusted service providers such as analytics, hosting, crash reporting, or remote configuration services.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no app, network, or storage method can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

Do not enter IPTV credentials or stream URLs unless you trust the source and have permission to use them.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally remains on your device until you delete playlists, clear app data, uninstall the app, or otherwise remove it through app features or device settings.

Support emails may be retained as long as needed to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

10. Children's Privacy

Mojito IPTV is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Your Choices and Rights

You may remove playlists, clear app data, uninstall the app, or contact us to ask questions about information you provided to support.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Any Mojito Technologies support, contact, WhatsApp, or email link is for app-related assistance unless otherwise stated.

7. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. Features may vary by device, operating system, provider source, region, or app version.
