By downloading, accessing, or using HackGuard, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use HackGuard on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

HackGuard provides security and privacy tools that may include breach checks, Wi-Fi security scans, installed-app review, smart security scans, protection scoring, DNS-based ad blocking, and private browsing.

Features can vary by device, operating-system version, region, app version, and technical availability.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use HackGuard for lawful purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the app store or platform through which you obtained the app.

You agree not to:

• Use HackGuard for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, damage, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
• Use the app to inspect data, accounts, networks, or devices that you do not own or are not authorized to assess.
• Misrepresent security scan results or use them as a substitute for professional security advice.
• Introduce malware, automated abuse, or excessive traffic that may disrupt the service.

HackGuard provides indicators designed to help you understand potential privacy and security risks. A scan result, “safe” label, score, warning, or recommendation reflects only the information available to the app at the time of the check.

Some HackGuard features may rely on third-party services, such as DNS providers, breach-information sources, hosting services, analytics, crash reporting, or app-store infrastructure. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices where applicable.

For example, enabling DNS-based ad blocking may route DNS requests through the configured DNS provider.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, comply with law, respond to platform changes, or maintain the service. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times or on every device.

HackGuard, including its software, interface, visual design, branding, text, graphics, and other original content, is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, these Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HackGuard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

HackGuard is a security-assistance tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional cybersecurity advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the HackGuard provider and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using HackGuard at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or third parties; respond to unlawful activity; enforce these Terms; or comply with legal requirements.

These Terms will be governed by the laws specified by the HackGuard legal entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or our operations. The updated Terms will show a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
